RE/MAX COVID-19 PROTOCOL

25 March, 2020 -  RE/MAX continues to offer its customers an optimal service.

Your health and safety and that of our employees always come first. The Corona virus forces us to take the following measures:

Contact your RE/MAX broker
  • Your RE/MAX broker will inform you how the contact is maintained. This is done as much as possible via telephone, WhatsApp and mail.
  • In exceptional cases, a personal consultation can take place. Given the apparent need, the broker decides whether or not to enter into consultations.
    • With personal contact, a social distance of at least 2 meters applies.
  • Home viewings take place by appointment. Interested parties for a home are accurately informed by the broker. 

Contact the RE/MAX office
  • Contacts with the office preferably take place via telephone, WhatsApp and mail. Office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm.
  • In exceptional cases, at the request of the broker, personal consultation at the office is possible.
  • The following rules are observed
    • Disinfect hands upon entry. We facilitate this.
    • Always keep a distance of at least 2 meters from your conversation partner. The office has been set up as such for this purpose.
